The TR Register Car Club's Extraordinary Members' Meeting was held on Thursday, 15th May 2025, at Great Longstone Village Hall, Church Ln, Great Longstone, Bakewell DE45 1TB.
This EMM was solely to consider the subscription proposal for 2025, which the members of the TR Register deferred from the AMM on March 16th.
The deferral allowed for a more detailed explanation of the club's finances in 2025 to be shared with all members before a vote. To do this, the Finance Director recorded a video of his presentation previously presented at that meeting. The video recording can be viewed below.
Results
The validated result for the EMM was declared on 19/5/25. The proposal was carried.
At the EMM, 873 valid votes were cast; 563 (64.5%) for and 310 (35.5%) against. This is an unprecedented response to a vote in recent times, but still only represents 16% of those eligible to vote (full and family members).
Draft minutes, including the final verified count of the online and in-room votes, can be found here
