Cumbria and Cleveland group meet and drive day

Meet at Brough, by the monument (that sounds so much better than the public conveniences)to leave at Noon. We'll head up to Middleton - in- Teasdale, and then along the B6277 towards Alston, and picnic at the site we have used before near Newbiggin.
We'll then head along towards Alston, and down Hartside via Garrigill, to Rheged, where likely we'll say our 'cheerios'
Cleveland group are looking at dropping down to Ullswater, and perhaps even over Kirkstone, they'll make a final decision on the day, but Rheged lets us conveniently 'scatter' or tag along with them.
