Again there is only one C4RFest festival weekend in 2025, there is the promise the fastest cars, performances from some of the UK’s best artists, bands and DJs, incredible food demonstrations and a host of TV, theatre, music and sports celebrities. It's basically seven festivals in one, across a massive weekend!
C4RFest is a great music festival for those with families, young children and those of more mature years!
Here are the prices for 2025, TR Register members only:
TR Register Car Display Exhibitors
TR Register Car club display in the motoring field at C4RFest 2025, Opportunity to participate in the Overton Town Car Parade on Saturday afternoon, Opportunity to participate in a track parade on Sunday afternoon, Inclusion to the C4RFest ‘Best In Show’ Car Club Award.
- 2 x Adult Weekend Without Camping tickets per display vehicle - £60 + £2.88 booking fee & VAT (£75.46 total) for each display vehicle attending.
TR Register Camping
The Blue Campsite as last year, is located on the west side of the event site, next to day visitor parking. This is only a short walk away from the main event site. There is car parking, toilets, showers, a washing up area and chemical waste disposal available in the campsite. At present I have be told you can arrive from Wednesday 20th afternoon.
- Tent Camping pitch with no power £180 + £8.64 booking fee & VAT (£226.37 total) (camping pitches measure 6m x 6m, and tent(s) must fit within this space).
- Strictly no electric is available for tents.
- Caravan/Campervan pitch without power £200 + £9.60 booking fee & VAT (£251.52 total) (for one campervan/caravan only). 9X6m (X1 vehicle, plus awning)
- Caravan/Campervan pitch with power £255 + £12.24 booking fee & VAT (£320.69 total) (for one campervan/caravan only).9X6m (X1 vehicle, plus awning)
Please note that if you have invited fellow members, friends, or family, (they cannot exhibit their classic car) however they can camp within your unit as long as there is room, if not, separate camping is needed to be purchased but will be in the same camping area along with parking.

All Car Clubs have the opportunity to purchase discounted weekend and weekend entry tickets for club members, friends and family with considerable savings (child classed as under 6 years old).
- Adult Weekend Without Camping £82 + £3.94 booking fee & vat (£103.12 total) – face value of £200 + £2 transaction fee
- Child (6yrs - 16yrs) Weekend Without Camping £23 + £1.10 booking fee & vat (£28.93 total) - face value of £58 + £2 transaction fee
- Adult Day (chose Friday, Saturday or Sunday) £39 + £1.87 booking fee & vat (£49.05 total) – face value of £91 - £104 + £2 transaction fee
- Child Day (6yrs - 16yrs) (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) £10 + £0.48 booking fee & vat (£12.58 total) – face value of £23 - £28 + £2 transaction fee
- Children (6yrs - 16yrs) under 6 yrs, free entry
You can camp in the same area as the display members.
