Cleveland Group TR Register - Helperby Brafferton Sports Association Classic Car Show
Helperby Brafferton Sports Association will be holding its second Classic Car Show on Sunday 28 September on the village cricket field in Helperby.

In the club affiliation part, it’s important to put TR register, so that you are directed to where we will have a pitch at the show. Please also let Jonathan or Jim know if you are attending.

Date, Time & Location
This years event will be on Sunday 28th September in the same location on the Cricket field in our village - postcode is YO61 2PL for Back Lane and car parking for those wishing to attend but not show their car and this link is the google maps location for the actual field : Helperby Cricket Pitch
The event for showing cars will run from 10.00-14.00 but those who wish to show their vehicle should be on site prior to 09.30 please and we will be on-site from 08.30 to welcome you.
Format
We plan to include cars, some military vehicles, the odd motorcycle or two. We would like to invite classic, sports and anything unusual vehicle-wise to keep things interesting but anything you see a lot of on the road should go in the public car park please - its difficult to set rules and we don't want to offend anyone on this front as everyone thinks their pride and joy should be front and centre!
Refreshments
We plan to have breakfasts available from opening and home-made cakes as well as teas/coffees/soft drinks. We also plan to move to burger options closer to lunch-time and to ensure that we are better prepared this year, for those of you that recall the queue last year!
Cost
The event is for charity to raise funds for the Sports Pavilion building upgrade - which is progressing in terms of us applying for grants and match-funding and as such we are asking for a donation rather than charging to show or enter the event. Funds from the refreshments also help towards the fund raising, so please be sure to grab a coffee, cake or breakfast/burger etc!
